Clément Ti’Punch Cup 2015 – New Deadline

tradition in Martinique

What does it mean to you?

Submit your recipe for the chance to compete in the Global Ti’ Punch Cup in Martinique Spring of 2016.

We cordially invite you to share with us your ‘riff on the classic Ti’ Punch, inspired by the culture of the French Caribbean. This is your chance to be part of the Global Ti’ Punch Cup, representing the United States at the Ti’ Punch Cup Finals in Martinique, spring 2016. Submit your variation of a Ti’ Punch using at least one of the following Clément rhums as the primary spirit: Première Canne, Canne Bleue or Select Barrel. Use of any Clément liqueurs, standard modifiers and syrups, bitters, and juices found behind most cocktail bars are permitted. The use of homemade ingredients such as abstract modifiers and foams is not permitted. The cocktail you submit should have the basic skeleton of a Ti’ Punch.

Winners from the 1st round of judging will be announced on April 20th from recipes submitted online. Twelve finalists will be chosen to compete in the New England competition to be held May 2nd, 2015 at the New England Tequila and Rum Festival in Lincoln, RI. If chosen competitors will be responsible for transportation to and accommodations in Lincoln.

Open to actively employed bartenders in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont.
