TI PUNCH CHALLENGE

We cordially invite you to share with us, your ‘riff on a classic Ti Punch, inspired by the culture of the French Caribbean. Organized as a roaming, regional cocktail challenge, “Nouveau ‘Riff” provides an opportunity to submit your creation and showcase your talents behind your actual bar.

Recipes must include Clèment Rhum Agricole or Rhum J.M. Agricole as the base spirit. All house-made, original, scratch, and/or standard ingredients may be used. However, your cocktail must at least maintain the basic elements of a classic Ti Punch.

Your creation must be published on the cocktail menu at your current place of business for the months of June & July 2014. Our esteemed panel of judges will be contacting selected bartenders to schedule a time to visit you at your bar, so that you can prepare & present your cocktail and host the judges personally.

Winners selected from each region will showcase their Ti Punch in Martinique as part of an educational Rhum Agricole immersion trip in Spring 2015! Creativity and originality play a large part in the selection. However, we recommend that the recipe be easily created in the French Caribbean or at-home with little difficulty.

Recipe submissions will now be accepted up until 11:59pm on Monday, June 30th, judging will take place in the following weeks. We very much look forward to experiencing your Nouveau ‘Riff… Bonne chance!
