Help us to celebrate the 125^th Anniversary of Rhum Clément by creating the signature 125^th Anniversary Cocktail.

Kindly download the form below and fill it out with as much detail and enthusiasm as possible. Your cocktail must feature a Clément product as the primary spirit ingredient. Be sure to be as specific as possible of how to re-create the cocktail so we can properly judge it. Don’t forget to  include  a description of how working with Clément has inspired you to create this cocktail – the ideal cocktail to perfectly toast the 125^th anniversary of Rhum Clément.

The entry must be completed by a bartender currently employed in a bar in the United States. Deadline for all submissions is June 15, and the winner will be announced with a post on www.thesugarcanepress.com on June 30^th. The winning bartender will earn airfare and 5 nights hotel in New Orleans July 24^th through the 28^th. We will proudly feature the 125^th Signature Cocktail and present the winner with a Golden Swizzle at the Clément 125th Anniversary Party on July 24^th at Calcasieu. We would like you to be there so we can recognize you; but if you do not plan to come New Orleans, we will still proudly serve your cocktail at our party (Ha!)
